Dear Readers,

This week’s awesome quote is by George S Patton, a well-respected United States Army Officer who fought World War II.

“I don’t measure a man’s success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom”

+ George S Patton: A United States Army officer known for his leadership while commanding corps and armies as a general during World War II +

My Thoughts:

One takeaway from this quote is that true success is determined by a person’s ability to bounce back from failure and scale greater heights. It is not determined by how much success the person is enjoying right now because life is full of ups and downs.

You may not know when you will experience failure and how you would react to it. Hence, I feel that one of the most important mottos in life is: Never Give Up regardless of how undesirable the circumstances are.
